Hear me out - in home lifestyle photos but make it, baking. Oh, and it’s also maternity too! Why not right?
I got to spend an afternoon with Ivy and Laura in their beautiful Oakville home. Spending some one-on-one time with her eldest daughter before the newest member made his entrance into the world. Laura was so kind to just let me capture them as they are. Lemon cake anyone? 🍋
I was a little obsessied with senior-pup Willy, who still has all the tricks of a young guy. Check out that form and tongue!
While the cake was baking I took Laura outside for a few maternity photos. Simple, timeless and easy.
I love in-home sessions and I think you can understand why - it’s pretty much the most laid back you can get when having family photos taken. Nothing overly-fussy about it and I truly don’t care if you scrubbed the floors before I get there. It’s like having a time capsule of your life while your littles are littles! So think of me as a friend while a camera for a face - or attached to me most the time anyway. We can chat about whatever, drink coffee and talk about what the kids are up to. Your comfort is my priority, along with delivering photographs you’ll cherish for years.
I can’t wait to head back and meet baby Leo for his newborn session. I’ll be spending the morning with just mom and babe capturing the beautiful newborn details.
